Abstract: Stressors and demands related to changes in work environment may result in impairments of employees' health and ability to work. In the context of the German statutory pension insurance's inpatient medical rehabilitation, these aspects are increasingly taken into account within the concept of vocationally oriented medical rehabilitation (VOMR).
