Network Pharmacology Prediction and Pharmacological Verification Mechanism of Yeju Jiangya Decoction on Hypertension

Abstract: Background. Yeju Jiangya decoction (CIF) is an herbal formula from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for the treatment of hypertension. Materials and Methods. Based on the analysis of network pharmacology, combined with in animal experiments, the network pharmacology was used to explore the potential proteins and mechanisms of CIF against hypertension. The bioactive compounds of CIF were screened by using the platform, and the targets of hypertension and CIF were collected. Then, the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Gen… Show more

“…Many medical researchers have devoted themselves to mining literature and data, hoping to guide clinical guidance better and give full play to the advantages of TCM. This study used data mining and R software [ 15 , 16 ] to find the drug compatibility rules for constipation, determine the final core prescription, combine the network pharmacology and molecular docking [ 17 , 23 , 24 ], initially discuss the active ingredients and mechanism of core prescription for constipation, and provide new ideas for clinical and basic research.…”

“…Using “constipation” as the keyword, the DisGeNET and GeneCards databases searched and screened the disease target genes [ 15 – 17 ]. The Venny map (Venny 2.1) is drawn to get the intersection target of the core prescription and constipation, which can be used as the potential target of the core prescription in treating constipation.…”
