The article deals with the mechanism of laser alloying of P6M5 steel and the character of its change. The results of studies of laser doping and a change in the results with varying parameters of laser radiation are proposed. Tungsten boride (W2B5) was used as a legrant. The authors spent an analytical assessment of the mixing mechanism in laser doping. It is noted that the research of this sphere do not have a systemic nature. Many authors who explore this problem, think that it is one of the main and most controversial in laser doping. Therefore, the results are got by different scientists cannot be systematized due to significant differences in the schemes and conditions of research. It is investigated the processes occurring during the formation of the structure of surface layers during laser doping. It is obtained optimum laser processing conditions. It is proved experimentally that the processing speed during laser alloying effects on the nature of the distribution of the legrant in the alloy bath and regulates the mixing mechanism, including both diffusion and convection.

Now the aim of the formation of a competent and competitive graduate who is able to adapt to rapidly changing conditions is the main aim because there are lots of innovations in the sphere of education. Educational institutions solve the tasks using all resources. The authors underline professional competencies development can happen both in studying and in other forms at any time. The authors reveal the essence of the growth of student self-management in college as an effective way of necessary competencies evolution. It is noted that self-management at college transforms the traditional system of interaction between the administration and the learners "teacher-student", turning it into a partnership, where the administration acts as a senior partnercoach, which contributes to the more effective development of graduates' competences. However, the development of conditions for student government should be fairly systematized, so the authors proposed a special model for the development of student self-management in college.

The article discusses the relevance of the development of the teacher’s competence in solving the problems of preschool legal education. The necessity to develop the competence of teachers in the field of preschool legal education is justified by the importance of implementing the requirements determined by the Federal State Educational Standard of Preschool Education in the field of legal education and social training of the child. The authors determined the structure of the teachers’ competence in the field of preschool legal education, presented the characteristics of the components, described the levels of their formation. A model for the development of the teacher`s competence in the field of preschool legal education is proposed, the pedagogical conditions for its implementation are disclosed. There are examples of the recommended forms and methods for the development of the teacher`s competence in the field of preschool legal education which can be implemented in a preschool educational organization.
