NETosis and Nucleosome Biomarkers in Septic Shock and Critical COVID-19 Patients: An Observational Study

Abstract: Background: Neutrophil extracellular traps’ (NETs’) formation is a mechanism of defense that neutrophils deploy as an alternative to phagocytosis, to constrain the spread of microorganisms.
