NESO-Based Path Following Control for Underactuated Hovercrafts with Unknown Nonlinear Uncertainties and a Safety Limit Constraint

Abstract: In this brief, the path following control problem of underactuated hovercrafts subject to nonlinear time-varying uncertainties and a safety limit constraint (SLC) is addressed.
