Abstract:Congenital tracheo-esophageal fistula/esophageal atresia (TEF/EA) with concomitant pulmonary agenesis is exceedingly rare and has a high mortality rate. While there are several reported cases of successful repair, all but one patient had right-sided pulmonary agenesis.
