Neonatal Bilateral Ureteropelvic Junction Obstruction

Abstract: The incidence of bilateral ureteropelvic junction obstruction appears to be higher in patients less than 1 year old. The aggressive surgical reconstruction of bilateral ureteropelvic junction obstruction in 3 neonates resulted in good renal function, even in an apparently dismal clinical setting.
