Abstract: Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) employs various strategies to manipulate the host’s cellular machinery, overriding critical molecular mechanisms such as phagosome-lysosome fusion, which are crucial for its destruction. The Protein Kinase C (PKC) signaling pathways play a key role in regulating phagocytosis.
