Abstract: Negative magnetoresistance due to conductivity fluctuations in films of the topological semimetal Cd3As2 Recently discovered Dirac and Weyl semimetals display unusual magnetoresistance phenomena, including a large, nonsaturating, linear transverse magnetoresistance and a negative longitudinal magnetoresistance.
