Negative affect and alcohol craving in trauma‐exposed young adult drinkers

Abstract: Background: Clinical research indicates that successful posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) treatment does not lead to improvements in alcohol use outcomes in comorbid PTSD and alcohol use disorder (AUD).
