Abstract:Introduction: The management of tuberculosis-associated secondary spontaneous pneumothorax mostly requires chest tube insertion for complete drainage and resolution. We reported a case of tuberculosis-associated secondary spontaneous pneumothorax that improved with needle aspiration.
