Necrotizing ulcerative periodontitis: a diagnostic indicator of immunosuppression

Abstract: This case report describes and discuss the significance of necrotizing ulcerative periodontitis. A wide range of oral lesions has been documented in individuals infected with the potential life-threatening human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).
