Necrotizing Crescentic Glomerulonephritis Complicating Bivalvular Bacterial Endocarditis

Abstract: In the setting of an increasing incidence of endocarditis in the United States, we report a patient with necrotizing crescentic glomerulonephritis (GN) associated with native valve bacterial endocarditis due to Streptococcus parasanguinis.
