Necrosulfonamide causes oxidation of PCM1 and impairs ciliogenesis and autophagy

Abstract: (PCM1) protein, that gravitate as particles around the centrosome. Centriolar satellites have been linked to key cellular processes including the formation of primary cilia and GABARAP-mediated autophagy.
