Near-infrared Phase-detection Auto-focusing with Plasmonic Nanostructures

Abstract: For near-infrared phase-detection autofocusing, a plasmonic structure having metal-insulator-metal (MIM) stack arrays is suggested. The wavelength selectivity and dependency of incident angle of the MIM stack arrays is used for the auto-focusing performance and confirmed.
