Near-Infrared Light-Excited Core–Core–Shell UCNP@Au@CdS Upconversion Nanospheres for Ultrasensitive Photoelectrochemical Enzyme Immunoassay

Abstract: A novel photoelectrochemical (PEC) enzyme immunoassay was designed for the ultrasensitive detection of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) based on near-infrared (NIR) light-excited core-core-shell UCNP@Au@CdS upconversion nanospheres.
