Natural products from traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of heart failure: progress and perspectives

Abstract: Heart failure (HF) is the end stage of several cardiovascular diseases with high mortality worldwide; however, current chemical drugs have not beneficial effect on reducing its mortality rate.
