“…Macrophages are the main immune cells present in skin‐injury wounds, and their transition from the pro‐inflammatory M1 phenotype to the reparative M2 phenotype is crucial for inflammation resolution and wound repair. [ 7b,29 ] To investigate how the hydrogel influence macrophage polarization, we first used the in vitro macrophage immunofluorescence staining assay. Raw264.7 cells exposed solely toLPS were used as the control group in these experiments, while other groups were treated with hydrogel extracts following LPS exposure.…”

“…The hemolysis testing was based on our previous literature method with slight modification. , Deionized water (positive control group), sterile PBS buffer (negative control group), and 500 μL of CMS/Lap hydrogel extract were each added to 500 μL of 2% sheep erythrocyte suspension before they were cocultured in a 37 °C water bath for 3 h. Afterward, the samples were centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 20 min, and the supernatant of each group was transferred to a 96-well plate. The absorbance of the samples at 575 nm was measured by using a microplate reader.…”

“…These properties can support hydrogels as excellent carriers for inducing cell proliferation or differentiation and internal environment homeostasis in endometrial injury. [300][301][302] Hydrogels have recently found extensive application in bone repair, 303 cardiovascular scaffolds, 304 vascular regeneration, [305][306][307] and skin excipients. 308 The exceptional properties of hydrogels enable them to serve as carriers for estrogens, active substances, drugs, and stem cells, facilitating their transportation into the uterine cavity.…”
