Natural Music Evokes Correlated EEG Responses Reflecting Temporal Structure and Beat

Abstract: The brain activity of multiple subjects has been shown to synchronize during salient moments of natural stimuli, suggesting that correlation of neural responses indexes a brain state operationally termed 'engagement'.
