Abstract: Objectives: The incidental diagnosis of non-functioning pituitary macroadenomas (NFPMA) is becoming more prevalent with the spread of modern brain imaging techniques. We sought to uncover new data about their natural history and surgical outcome. Design: A retrospective single-center observational study.
