Natural Hair Supplement: Friend or Foe? Saw Palmetto, a Systematic Review in Alopecia

Abstract: Saw palmetto (SP), a botanical extract with antiandrogenic properties, has gained commercial popularity for its purported benefits on hair regrowth.
