Native liver survival in bile salt export pump deficiency: results of a retrospective cohort study

Abstract: Background: Bile salt export pump ( ABCB11 ) deficiency [Progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis (PFIC2)] is the most common genetic cause of PFIC and is associated with pruritus and progressive liver disease.
