National Survey of Hospital Medication Safety Practice during Mass Gathering (Hajj-2016) in Makkah, Saudi Arabia: Patient Information

Abstract: Objective: To explore the national hospital medication safety survey during mass gathering (Hajj -2016) (67.68 %) with CI (3.2-3.6) P< 0.05. The average rating of patient information domain at all hospital was 2.75+/-0.57 (55 %) with CI (2.52-2.98) P< 0.05.
