National Survey of Clinical Pharmacy Services and Pharmacy Technician Roles for Subacute Aged‐Care Inpatients

Abstract: Background: Subacute aged-care inpatients usually have multiple risk factors for adverse medication events. There is evidence that clinical pharmacy services can improve their medication management.
