Preparing Pre-Service Teachers for Mathematics Teaching at Primary Schools in Vietnam

“…Mathematics teaching is dominated by teachers' lecturing, explaining, illustrating, imparting content and knowledge, and frequently incidentally questioning. As commented by Nemenzo et al (2017), 90% of the time in mathematics class is spent on wholeclass teaching, 8% on individual work and 2% on group work.
