Naso-Pharyngeal Fibroma Extending through Sphenomaxillary Fossa to Cheek

Abstract: By IRWIN MOORE, M.Ch. PATIENT, a female, aged 19, was first seen by exhibitor, on August 16, complaining of nasal obstruction for the past three months, accompanied by a tbick yellow discharge from the right nostril.
