Abstract: Nasal nitric oxide measurement (nNO) has been proposed as the initial diagnostic study for suspected Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia (PCD). Devices with chemiluminescence technology are considered the gold standard for this measurement, the main disadvantage being their poor accessibility.
