Narrative Review: The Pathophysiology of Fibromyalgia

Abstract: Primary fibromyalgia is a common yet poorly understood syndrome characterized by diffuse chronic pain accompanied by other somatic symptoms, including poor sleep, fatigue, and stiffness, in the absence of disease.
