Narrative review of staging and diagnosis of malignant pleural mesothelioma

Abstract: Objective: Despite the aggressive nature of malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) its diagnosis and accurate staging remains elusive.Background: MPM is highly associated with asbestos exposure, but the long latency period makes exposure tracking a challenge.
