Narlıca Vadisi’nde Geç Kuvaterner Buzullaşma İzleri, Kavuşşahap Dağları

Abstract: Sıcak ve soğuk iklim döngüleriyle karakterize olan Kuvaterner'in soğuk dönemlerinde küresel buz hacmindeki artışlara paralel olarak Doğu Karadeniz Dağları, Toros Dağları ve Doğu Anadolu'daki bazı yüksek dağların uygun koşullara sahip bölümlerinde buzullar gelişmiştir. Bu buzullaşma alanlarından birisi olan ve bu çalışmanın gerçekleştirildiği Kavuşşahap Dağları, Türkiye'deki beşinci büyük buzullaşma alanıdır.
