Nanostructured Polystyrene Well Plates Allow Unbiased High-Throughput Characterization of Circulating Tumor Cells

Abstract: Rapid, reliable and unbiased circulating tumor cell (CTC) isolation and molecular characterization methods are urgently required for implementation in routine clinical diagnostic and prognostic procedures.
