Nanosecond discharge in atmospheric pressure air with ectonic introduction of iron and copper vapor in plasma and its application in nanotechnology

Abstract: atoms and iron and copper ions in the spectral range 200-300 nm. The peak value of the electric power of the discharge is ~ 4 MW, and the energy contribution to the plasma per pulse was ~ 0.1 J. The developed point source of UV radiation based on the discharge between the copper and stainless electrode is promising for applications in medicine and sanitation.
