Abstract: BackgroundPorcine deltacoronavirus (PDCoV), a novel swine enteropathogenic coronavirus, challenges the global swine industry. Currently, there are no approaches preventing swine from PDCoV infection.MethodsA new PDCoV strain named JS2211 was isolated.
