Abstract: Comprehensive SummaryTumor stroma composing diverse extracellular matrixes (ECM) and stromal cells shapes a condensed physical barrier, which severely hampers the efficient accessibility of nanomedicine to tumor cells, especially these deep‐seated in the core of tumor.
