Nanolaminate-based antireflection coatings for enhanced scratch and tribological performance

Abstract: Developing durable antireflection (AR) coatings with sapphire-like hardness and high transparency faces a significant challenge. Conventionally, achieving these requirements involves depositing thick, high-hardness nitride films.
