Nanobodies Based on a Sandwich Immunoassay for the Detection of Staphylococcal Enterotoxin B Free from Interference by Protein A

Abstract: As one of the leading causes of food poisoning, staphylococcal enterotoxins (SEs) secreted by Staphylococcus aureus pose a serious threat to human health.
