Abstract: This paper discusses the value and surgical techniques of applying nano-silver combined skin flaps to repair large-area soft tissue defects in the calves and ankles. From January 2016 to December 2020, combined skin flap transplantation was used to treat 36 patients with large-area soft tissue defects in the calf and ankle, and nano-silver was used for wound wet compress.
