NanoARG: A web service for identification of antimicrobial resistance elements from nanopore-derived environmental metagenomes

Abstract: Direct selection pressures imposed by antibiotics, indirect pressures by co-selective agents, and horizontal gene transfer are fundamental drivers of the evolution and spread of antibiotic resistance.
