Abstract:The classical and the nano-structured spatial light modulators (SLMs) especially based on the polyimide photosensitive layers, as the key element of the optoelectronic devices, display, and telecommunications schemes are considered. The main emphasis is placed on the device with a polyimide photo-layer due to its high sensitivity and acceptable performance.
