Nano‐Scale Particle Separation with Tilted Standing Surface Acoustic Wave: Experimental and Numerical Approaches

Abstract: To eliminate the precise microchannel alignment requirement for parallel surface acoustic wave (pSSAW) fabrication, a tilted standing surface acoustic wave (tSSAW) is incorporated in many studies recently.
