Nail toxicity with nail bed ulceration associated with pembrolizumab

Abstract: A 70‐year‐old Japanese man was diagnosed with bladder cancer and started pembrolizumab. After six courses of pembrolizumab, all fingernails and toenails had fallen off and the nail beds were ulcerated. Pembrolizumab was discontinued, and he was treated with topical steroids and topical prostaglandin E1 ointment.
