über Chemorezeptoren, die normalerweise mit bitter, süß
oder scharf schmeckenden Lebensmittelinhaltsstoffen interagieren. Da wir aber
weder mit Organen wie dem Magen oder Darm im eigentlichen Sinne
„schmecken“, stellt sich die Frage, welche Aufgaben
