“…Indeed, there have been several studies in which prominent signal similar to that of NAA, but not attributed to NAA, has been reported. These include magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) studies of metastatic mucinous adenocarcinomas of the brain ; colloid‐like brain cysts ; sinus mucoceles ; and, outside the brain in ovarian mucinous cystadenomas . All these lesions do have in common mucinous content.…”
