Abstract:Myxopapillary ependymoma is a rare spinal cord tumors. The intramedullary myxopapillary ependymomas are. Herewith case of a 41-year-old male complaint of a nonspecific low back pain, progressive inability to bend, right lower limb pain with numbness of six month duration. On clinical evaluation right lower limb weakness was noted while the sensations were normal. There was no any significant past history.
