Abstract:Myxoid pleomorphic liposarcoma (MPLPS) is an extremely rare entity that has been recognized and included in the literature recently. Liposarcomas are adipocytic tumors that are usually located in the extremities and retroperitoneum. Paratesticular liposarcomas are extremely rare malignant tumors originating from the adipose tissue of the paratesticular region.
