Abstract: Myxoglobulosis is a rare form of appendiceal mucocele characterized by mucoid material inside the appendix that resembles fish eggs. It is usually asymptomatic and diagnosed incidentally, but it can also present as a surgical abdomen, which can create a diagnostic dilemma.
