Abstract: Background: Heart failure (HF) is a severe clinical syndrome caused by diversed etiologies. Classically left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF) has been used as a diagnostic marker as well as to subdivide HF into 3 groups (HFpEF, HFmEF and HFrEF).
