Abstract: Anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery (ALCAPA) is a rare congenital malformation. We present a case of an elderly patient with ALCAPA presenting with complete heart block and non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction years after diagnosis and surgical correction.
