Myeloperoxidase-positive acute leukemia with precursor B cell immunophenotype

Abstract: Is it always possible to make a complete diagnosis in leukemia? It is sometimes difficult to establish a clinical diagnosis in leukemia, especially without a concordance between morphology, immunophenotype, and genetic findings.
