Myeloma

Abstract: Summary Multiple myeloma is a monoclonal gammopathy characterized by bone marrow infiltration by plasma cells or a biopsy‐proven plasmacytoma, monoclonal protein in serum and/or urine, and evidence of end‐organ damage (CRAB): hypercalcaemia, Renal impairment, Anaemia or Bone lesions.
